After 25 years as a banker with a special focus on real estate financing, Livius Tramontana founded CC1 Immobilien GmbH in Vienna in 2008 and began developing and realising his own real estate projects together with partners.

The first project realised in 2009/2010 was a new residential building project in Vienna 6th, Mollardgasse 18, with 40 flats, which was sold to a well-known institutional investor. In the following years, 17 further construction projects followed with different partner companies and a total volume of approx. 55,000m² of usable space (as of 2023).
